HIGH-PRESSURE LAMINATE SKINS

Nominal 1” thick door with decorative High-Pressure Laminate skins front and back and Stainless Steel edge trim on all four edges.

HAWK-AC

ALUMINUM SKINS

Nominal 1” thick door with Anodized Aluminum skins front and back and Stainless Steel edge trim on all four edges.

STAINLESS STEEL SKINS

Nominal 1” thick door with Stainless Steel skins front and back and Stainless Steel edge trim on all four edges.

FEATURES

  • Construction includes: 7-ply premium grade plywood core clad with High-Pressure Laminate, Aluminum or Stainless Steel, Nominal thickness is 1”.
  • Perimeter is capped with 18-gauge Stainless Steel edge cap on all four sides of panel.
  • Windows: 9” x 14” clear single pane set in black rubber self locking molding, standard. Other sizes include: 10” x 30” ADA compliant, 10” or 12” round, custom sizes are available to meet your requirements for vision and aesthetics.
  • Smooth Swing double acting upper hinge and lower “L” bracket are standard, 3” x 9” Stainless Steel lower hinge guard is available.

OTHER OPTIONS INCLUDE

  • Thermoplastic or Stainless Steel impact plates (12” – 42” tall)
  • Black teardrop bumpers (sizes from 12” – 42” tall)
  • Locking options
  • Full perimeter gasket
