Manufactured using corrosion resistant composite materials including full height internal back spine to ensure durability and performance within the abusive, damp environments found in Supermarkets, Catering, Retail, and Cold Storage applications.

Applications commonly used include personnel, carts and manual pallet within the Supermarkets, Grocery, Retail, Cold Storage, Commercial, and Light Industrial environments.

  • Phoenix-1500 model door construction: 1-1/2” thick panel with composite perimeter framework including our patented full height composite back spine bonded to impact resistant thermoplastic face sheets. Panel includes a foamed-in-place urethane core providing a lightweight durable, insulated panel.
  • Full perimeter gasket.
  • Window size: 10” x 16” or 16” x 16” standard single pane.
    Optional 10” x 30” or 20” x 30” ADA compliant sizes available.
    Other sizes available contact factory.
  • Standard hardware includes Integral upper and lower hinge posts, composite v-cam with sealed roller bearing and 12” tall composite Lower Jamb Guard. Optional stainless-steel roller assembly available.

    • Phoenix-HD – Industrial Heavy-Duty construction: 1-3/4” thick panel with Heavy Duty composite perimeter framework including our patented full height Aluminum back spine bonded to Ultra-tough impact-resistant Thermoplastic Acrylic Blend Material designed to withstand high levels of force and stress, providing exceptional durability and protection in demanding applications.

    • Window sizes: 10″ x 16″, 16″ x 16″, 20” x 22” Single pane, standard. Optional 10” x 30” or 20” x 30” ADA sizes available. All sizes available as double pane. Other sizes available.

    • Full perimeter gasket. Double blade gasket at the top, leading edge and bottom
    • Standard Window is 14” x 14” or 14” x 24” and provided as an insulated unit. Contact the factory for custom size information.
    • Standard hardware includes Integral upper and lower hinge posts, composite v-cam with sealed roller assemblies, 12” tall composite lower hinge guards. Stainles Steel roller assemblies available.
