ADVANTAGE STATEMENT

No bottom hinge allows the door(s) to open fully with the ability to wrap the jamb allowing sharp right or left turns without damage to the door or product. No bottom hardware allows for the passage of loads nearly the same as the opening width vs. a reduced net opening when lower door hardware is installed.

Constructed from 40 oz. abrasion resistant vinyl coated nylon. Applications include Supermarket, Food Processing, and Institutional.
  • Top mounted gravity operated hinge. Optional Stainless Steel hinge available. No lower hinge hardware.
  • Bi-Parting panels have a 3” center overlap, improving temperature control and noise reduction
  • Clear window sizes: 15” x 14”” centered in panel or 27” x 14” centered in opening, standard. Custom sizes are available.
  • Impact plates available in Thermoplastic or HDPE: 12” to 48”
  • Top and bottom wiper gaskets
  • Colors: Black, Forest Green

HEAVY DUTY , FLEXIBLE DOORS

Constructed from two layers of food grade, reinforced vinyl belting material bonded together with perimeter wiper gaskets.

Applications include abusive openings in Refrigerated Rooms, Warehouse, and Food Processing Facilities.

Applications include abusive openings in Refrigerated Rooms, Warehouses and Food Processing Facilities where Personnel and Pallet Traffic Exist requiring additional visibility
