HAWK-HC

The Hawk-HC model differs from the solid core models by using an Expanded Honeycomb core and textured Thermoplastic skins. This provides a lightweight yet durable panel for openings that may have heavier duty carts and hand pallet traffic moving through them in Retail, Commercial and Big Box applications.

All Hawk HC models are suitable for Retail, Big Box and other other Commercial stock applications requiring a door to handle personnel, carts and hand pallet jacks.

This lightweight and durable model provides the best fit for those applications using heavier carts and stock conveyance found in Big Box, Retail, and other Commercial applications.

  • Construction includes an Expanded Honeycomb Polymer core surrounded by a Perimeter PVC frame, bonded with textured Thermoplastic face sheets and reinforced with a hinge side full height Stainless edge cap. Overall thickness is ¾”.
  • Windows: 14” x 16” clear single pane set in black rubber self locking molding, standard. Other sizes include: 9” x 14”, 10” x 30” ADA compliant and other custom sizes are available to suit your design and vision requirements.
  • Smooth Swing double acting upper hinge and lower “L” bracket are standard, 3” x 9” Stainless Steel lower hinge guard is available (shown).

OTHER OPTIONS INCLUDE

  • Black Thermoplastic or Stainless Steel impact plates 12” – 42” tall
  • Black teardrop bumpers: sizes from 12” – 42” tall
